"When I was a young student of the double bass, I went out looking for a bass guitar, and came back with a vibraphone.  I have been playing vibes ever since.  I never did get a bass guitar.  Over the last few years I have been focusing on the electric bass cello, attracted by its incredible diverse range of voices, approaching the sound of a cello, and with the deep warmth of the electric upright bass.
I perform with Hilariter, a world worship music collective in Toronto.  Part of this group’s motivation comes from the idea that by sharing the music of people from around the world, we can start to see the world through another person’s eyes. Music is about communicating - something that a lot of project managers don’t do well enough. And yet, communicating is mostly what project managers should be doing."
